Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Patchof:) platform, website (patchof.net), mobile applications, and any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Patchof:) ("we," "us," or "our"). You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account and use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

Patchof:) is a curated cinema streaming platform that provides users with access to a library of films, documentaries, shorts, and other audiovisual content. The Service includes, but is not limited to:

• Subscription-based streaming access to our curated content library
• Individual video rentals available for on-demand viewing
• Personalized recommendations, watchlists, and browsing features
• Access across supported devices including web browsers, mobile devices, and connected displays

The availability of content may vary by region and is subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.

To access certain features of the Service, you must create a Patchof:) account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update such information as necessary to maintain its accuracy.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password, and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@patchof.net if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that we reasonably believe has been accessed or used in violation of these Terms, or for any account that contains false or misleading registration information.

Patchof:) offers subscription plans that provide access to our streaming library. Our current subscription tiers include:

• Viewer — Standard access to the Patchof:) streaming library, including standard-definition and high-definition playback.
• Collector — Premium access including the full streaming library, early access to new releases, enhanced video quality options, and exclusive collector features.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your designated payment method on a recurring basis at the interval associated with your selected plan (monthly or annually). Subscription fees are billed in advance at the beginning of each billing cycle.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access to the Service until that date. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with at least thirty (30) days' advance notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.

In addition to subscription access, Patchof:) offers individual titles available for rental on a per-video basis. Rental pricing varies by title and is displayed at the point of purchase.

Upon completing a rental transaction, you will receive a thirty (30) day access window during which you may view the rented title. Once the access window expires, the rental will no longer be available for playback and a new rental transaction will be required to view the title again.

Rental transactions are non-refundable once playback has commenced. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from viewing a rented title, please contact us at support@patchof.net for assistance.

All content available through the Service, including but not limited to films, documentaries, shorts, trailers, artwork, metadata, subtitles, and associated materials (collectively, "Content"), is owned by or licensed to Patchof:) and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your subscription or rental grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view Content through the Service for your personal, non-commercial use only. You do not acquire any ownership interest in any Content accessed through the Service.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, download, store, transmit, or otherwise exploit any Content except as expressly permitted by these Terms or with our prior written consent.

The Patchof:) name, logo, and all related trademarks, service marks, and trade names are the property of Patchof:) and may not be used without our prior written permission.

You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Copy, record, download, capture, or otherwise reproduce any Content available through the Service by any means, including screen recording software, stream-ripping tools, or any other technology
• Share your account credentials with any third party, or allow multiple individuals to use a single account simultaneously beyond the limits of your subscription plan
• Use virtual private networks (VPNs), proxy servers, DNS manipulation, or any other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions, content availability limitations, or access controls
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any aspect of the Service, including its digital rights management or content protection mechanisms
• Use any automated system, bot, scraper, or similar technology to access, monitor, or interact with the Service
• Distribute, broadcast, publicly perform, or make available any Content to any third party through any medium
• Interfere with, disrupt, or place an undue burden on the Service or its underlying infrastructure

Violation of these conduct rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and may subject you to civil or criminal liability.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information in connection with the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

We encourage you to review the Privacy Policy carefully to understand how we handle your information. If you do not agree with our privacy practices, you must discontinue use of the Service.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@patchof.net or through the account settings within the Service. Upon termination, your right to access the Service will cease immediately, and any remaining subscription period will continue until the end of the current billing cycle unless otherwise specified.

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms, is harmful to other users or third parties, or is otherwise objectionable. We may also terminate accounts that remain inactive for an extended period.

Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in full force and effect, including but not limited to intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PATCHOF:), ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, OR SERVICE PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE SERVICE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Service or by other appropriate means, such as email notification to the address associated with your account.

Your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service and terminate your account. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in the State of California, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts. You agree to waive any objection to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to the venue of such courts.
